Library And Resouce Centre
Registered Charity No. 1163092
Post Covid restrictions, the LARC is now open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week, 10am to 3pm for visitors. However, there are some restrictions, notably the first and third Tuesday in the month, from 10am to 12.30pm, when the LARC is used for a private hire. Please see the monthly schedule attached here and in the LARC notice board.
The LARC has facilities for computer use with wi-fi access and document printing, photocopying and laminating, all at reasonable charges. Information on local community groups can be found in the ‘Well-Being’ handbook and activities and events in Bampton and surrounding villages are often posted in the entrance porch. Our volunteers will be pleased to provide local information and help, so why not pop in and chat to them. Probably a cuppa if you need one!
The LARC is also available for private hire and is particularly suitable for small community groups or activities. There is a disabled toilet and small kitchen, and wi-fi access and projection facilities. For further details please call Kelvin (01398 332039) or Oliver (01398 331267).
Please Note: The Library is run independently of the LARC and opening times and Library links are shown below.
