Bampton Library
The Library is in Newton Square
at the bottom end of Luke Street. It provides a range of facilities
- including computer access to the Internet - four times a week. The
library is housed in an old 18th century house - originally built by the Lord of the Manor - it seems it once served as the toll booth for the regular markets and for Bampton Charter Fair.
You will see that it contributes to 'Bampton in Bloom'
with its hanging baskets and planters.
