Bampton Open Day - The Duck Races

The River Batherm is the amazing scene of duck racing on Open Day. Friends of animals need not be perturbed - these ducks are of the small, yellow, plastic, variety, and it's all for fun and to raise money for charity.

The ducks are put into the water above Manor Mill and are allowed to float down to the finishing line near the Public Hall - like an extended version of Pooh Sticks!
